Tales of the Black Frieghter
The official trailer for Tales of the Black Freighter is now live at YouTube.
If you’ve been following any of my posts about the forthcoming Watchmen movie, this might make sense.
It’s a crucial allegory in the Watchmen series, depicting a comic-book story taken from a series of pirate comicss, which mirrors the events going on in the main story.
The sequence is so lengthy, it has been removed from the film and made into an animatd DVD of its own, to be released alongside the theatrical version of the film and later included in the directors cut of the full DVD.
